But, one of the executive called me and informed that due to festivals & lockdown Sweet Gift box were exhausted and asked me to choose to get sweets without gift box or return of money. i had choosen to send sweets as i needed it. immediately they returned the partial amount charged for gift box through google pay and i received the sweets on the next day. A great transparent service. no cheating or bluffing.
